This policy describes how Jena Giant Network (“we,” “us”) handles information on jenagiantnetwork.com. It does not cover The Walkthrough SMS program, which has its own privacy page, or the sponsor portal at sponsor.jenagiantnetwork.com.

1. Who we are

Jena Giant Network is the streaming video network for Jena High School athletics in Jena, Louisiana. Questions: info@jenagiantnetwork.com.

2. What this site collects

This website is a static public site. We do not ask you to create an account or submit a form here. Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services CloudFront) may record standard request logs such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages requested, used to operate, secure, and measure the site.

3. Video playback

Live and on-demand video is delivered by Media CDN (themediacdn.com) through embedded players. When you start a channel, that provider may collect viewing and device information under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not control those players.

4. Links to other sites

We link to Jena High School, the Jena Giant Booster Club, The Walkthrough, the sponsor portal, and other third-party sites. Those sites have their own policies.

5. Cookies

This site does not set first-party advertising cookies. The Media CDN player and linked sites may set their own cookies.

6. Children

This site is for a general audience, including families watching school sports. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this static homepage.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the network grows. The effective date above will change when we do.
